Opening project error?

I have a new pc with xp on it,so I have copied my files,projects etc over the network on my new pc.
When I try to open a Visual Basic project, I get a few different errors,but one of them is "MSDN collection is not installed.Please reinstall MSDN"

What exacatly do I need to install,could somebody tell me please??
