Disable Alt+F4 and Ctrl+Alt+Del Key with Delphi

I want to disable Alt+F4 and Ctrl+Alt+Del key in delphi with using SystemParametersInfo.SPI_GETFASTTASKSWITCH and SystemParametersInfo.SPI_SCREENSAVERRUNNING.
But i fail to get the expected result! Any help!!!
