I am getting the

I have added the dll path to the classpath and path environment variables. It throws

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:db2jcct2 (The specified procedure could not be found. )

All the DB2 lib path is referenced to the classpath. Not sure on what is wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am stuck with something I think should be so basic to a relational database and can only assume I am missing something.

OK, I have an items form and a many 2 many relationship with a contacts form. When an Item is bought I select the contact who has bought it and this appears on the items form.

Right, I now want to query a list of items bought by people who live in Manchester.

I create a new query. I set the record source to my sold items folder. I add a rule and go to select the field I want to query on - I'm looking for City on the Contacts form. Ok, so Contacts is listed there, but that's it. I can select it and set Contacts = something. But this is nonsense I don't have a value for the contacts form, I want to set a value for a field on the contacts form. This it appears is not possible. What I would expect it to do would now show me a list of the fields on the contacts form so I can select which one I want to query on.

Please help!!

I'm getting myself confused with this. I don't always want many 2 many, but one 2 many. As mentioned in another post I have items that can be purchased. On the item form I want to show the contact name of the purchaser. On the contacts form I want to show a list of the items that a contact has purchased.

This should be simple, but I can only do this using many to many. That now means that I can add multiple purchasers to an item which is just wrong and there appears to be no way of preventing this.

Can anyone help? Am I missing something?

We are using Oracle 11g. Can anyone tell me if this can be done? I can get a pivot query to work but I need the values to be dynamic for Major because there are over 500 codes for Major.

Lester Knutsen has addressed a little of this in a recent webcast as well as an old slide show from 2006. But not in the detail I'm looking for.

Is anyone out there is possession of this luscious information and willing to share it? I'm on an 11.70 server.

Has anybody seen documentation (yes I did google already) for what is considered good network latency between an application server and database server? I found one IBM document that has less the .5ms as the recommendation. Has anyone seen "official" guidelines? I am observing what I think is high latency but need to be able to defend that 8-9 ms latency between a db server and an app server is to high. Database is DB2 V9.7.5 but this is more of a systems question.
