Filemaker Server 5.5 scheduler problems

Migrated Filemaker Server 5.5 to a Windows 2003 server. Now only one scheduled job runs automatically successfully. No errors, the other jobs just don't run automatically, but will run manually. Has anyone else seen this problem? Makes it hard to get redundant backups. Thanks.
