date comes up 1905

when we enter a date into an FM5.5 database (10/29/05 for example) it defaults to the year 1905. is there a way to make it default to 2005?

yes i have picky users.

If your users are picky, they probably wouldn't mind if you require a 4 digit year when entering dates.
