Port Forwarding

Has anyone got a "blow by blow" guide for this :-

I have a static IP address , set a static IP internal address , cut a hole ( at least i think ) in my netgear firewall for ports 5003 and 591 , as somewhere it was that FMP uses port 5003 but i also see when turning on the sharing in FMP that port 591 is listed.

All working fine on LAN , you type in 192.168.0.2:591 and bang! you are in the database , but typing in my external IP address followed by :591 NOTHING.

Can anyone help please!
