Hi all,
We use Unidata 5.2 - SB 5.2.4 with Avante 9.3.5e package. This morning all of a sudden, people were booted out of Avante. They could not log back in.
This package resides in a Microsoft Windows 2000 server.
When we checked the server, everything was slow. We could not access the internet too. A reboot helped us get back everything to normal.
We were trying to trace back the event log - where we found a number of instances of the following events:
1. TNET Client/Site licensing setup failed.
2. TNET Client/Site licensing inquiry failed.
We were wondering if this might be a cause to it? Has anyone experienced such a problem?
