Need some details on how Informix Enterprise replication works.
Following are my questions.

1. Is Informix ER real time?
2. Is it synchronous or asynchronous?
3. Are there any issues in trying to deploy databases across three geographical regions with the transactions tables also participating in the Enterprise Replication?
4. Are there any data integrity issues in using ER for transaction tables.

Please clarify.
