Error -951 on Windows 2000

When I tried to connect with dbaccess or ODBC I obtain the error -951.
What can I do?

The computer that you are trying to connect to does not have the user name you are trying to connect with

I have IDS 9.21 on W2k Advance Server install on Domain.
The user that I'm trying to connect is informix. That user is a domain user.
With other domain users is the same.
I don't know how informix work with Windows when the users login.

I solve the problem adding a domain user informix in the domain default policy, directive "Act as part of the Operating System" within "Right users assing"
