When I am try to connect to my informix database using an cli library I get an error saying

[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Unspecified System Error = -25553.

I have used the same code with same startrup script on other machines and it works fine.

I guess probably some envrionment variable needs to be set.

I'd appreciate any suggestions, Thanks a lot

Please test environment variable INFORMIXSQLHOSTS.
