IDS7.31 difference codeset ?

Hi

i will to be to transfer the data between the IDS7.31

when i unload text data (use delimiter "!") from the table of DB that the codeset is en_US.8859-1
and couldn't insert into the table of another DB that the codeset is zh_TW.big5

So i see the text file that have back slash "\"
in some column

How should i to plan and run the job??
