We are reviewing our backup and retention policies. We would like to perform full backups weekly and incremental backups daily and have a retention of one month for these tapes. However, we would like to also take a copy of the full backups and ship this copy offsite. This copy would have a retention on one year.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to use Groups, Pools and schedules to perform this task.
