How to reuse Smart Blobspaces

Dear All,

I have got around 5 databases which uses a Smart Blobspaces. There is a lot of blob data. I would want to reuse the blobspace when i drop the database. There is no increase in the blobspace when i drop a database.
As a result of which i need to keep on adding new blobspaces again & again. Is there a way i can reuse them.
