Logical Log Backups Stop

One of my Informix instances occasionally stops executing the log_full.sh script to backup logical logs to tape via the onbar -b -l command. If I execute this command at the Unix command level, logical log backups will resume. I am not using IECC (or the LOG_BACKUP_MODE parameter) and my ALARMPROGRAM parameter in the onconfig file is set to /informix/BWP/etc/log_full.sh

Does anyone know what would cause the automatic backup of logical logs to stop executing?

Thanks in advance,

dennis

Hi Dennis,

When onbar trigger, this test if another onbar command is running then not start this.
Please test in onbar file logs.

Gustavo.
