Arrow problem in initializing IDS 9.4 on linux
hi all

i did restore with ontape -r

later onwords it is giving fallowing error

can any one help me

oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization
16:35:47 IBM Informix Dynamic Server Stopped.

16:35:47 mt_shm_remove: WARNING: may not have removed all/correct segments

Hi,

Please run onmode -ky, next test if exist $INFORMIXDIR/etc/.infos.dbservername* and remove this files.
Next run ontape -r.
