Informix using Onbar with Legato

We use Legato to back up several Informix databases with the 'onbar' command. We are looking into Legato's DiskBackup product. We would use this to backup logical logs to disk and to stage database backups before moving them to tape.

Does anyone out there have experience with Informix, Legato and backing up to disk? I am desperate for some insight even if you could point me to another possible source of information.
