We one database and many tables in it but all in one dbspace.

How many dbspace I need to create?
Which tables in which dbspace is more performance.
Are there any database model about it?

You need create more less 7 dbspaces:
1 - rootdbs,
2 - logdbs,
3 - phydbs,
4 - datadbs,
5 - indexdbs,
6 - tempdbs1,
7 - tempdbs2.

Using to database: create database name_data in datadbs;
using to table: create table name_table (......) in datadbs;
Using to index: create index name_index ...... in indexdbs;

But I referenced about data dbspace; so how many tables for data dbspaces, or which tables in each datadbs?? (without take in account rootdbs, logdbs, phydbs, indexdbs, tempdbs1, tempdbs2...)

Good, it does not have as to define an amount of tables for dbspaces.
The recommended one is separates the tables that tend to grow very, of the proper others, creating if necessary, dbspaces for each one.

I know that not aid very, but I go to see if I find a model and you sending.

Also keep in mynd the extent sizes for the tables when you recreate them, and try to place you high use tables on the center tracks of the disk.
