I have a 4gl accounting program with informix dbase. This last few days, the Order Posting had slowed down tremendously... say 6 hours for 1500 elemest. It used to take no more than an hour to post these or even more element.

I have checked the index and tables for errors and found two tables that had some corrupted indexes. I have rebuild these tables and are working fine now. The posting didn't change at all, it's still slower than a dying turtle

Any help or suggestion(s)? Please....
