Hi,

I have one ODBC connection to an Informix database working fine on a Win2K box running Client-SDK 2.81, and am trying to add another.

I can create the ODBC connection fine, however when I do apply and "Test Connection" I get a message saying "Test connection was NOT successful. DBSERVERNAME does not match either DBSERVERNAME or DBSERVERALIASES."

I am at my wits end. Can anyone help?

use setnet32 and enable 'make default server' your server. This will work fine.
