I changed the date of my OS ,and restart my Informix Server, When I want to access a database using DBACCESS ,It tell me that :
" 329: Database not found or no system permission.
178: ISAM error: Database is locked; pending change to logging mode. "
I found that the date I changed is earlier than the day my database was created.
What can I do to resolve this Problem. Thank you !

Hi,

Normally this error indicates that the logging mode of the database has changed using the ondblog command. Normally making a level 0 archive solves the problem, maybe you can try this also in this case.

I have made a level 0 archive, and it is successfully done .
but I still have the same error message when I try to access the database.

Try changing the logging mode manually - this tells the engine whether to use logical logs or not, whether to use buffering or not - in this example it switches the db to unbuffered using logical logs:

ondblog dbname unbuf log

You may need to do a level 0 archive afterwards too:

ontape -s -L 0
