how config user can't create database in informix ??

Hi anybody !
how config user can't create database in informix ??
in os windows I added username "demo" group ix_users but i only want to user "demo" connect database and (insert/update...) no create database.
Can anybody help me ?

You need to grant dba priveleges to the user

But problem, User in OS window 2000, not in database informix
