Troubles in installation IDS9.4

Hello!
I'm trying to install IDS 9.4 on RedHat 9 and recieved the following message:

"bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied
etc/brand: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Server installation returned a Non-Zero value
Bundle Install program has finished"

I found some recomendation to install compat-gcc-7.3-2.96.118.src.rpm package, but result was the same.
Could it be the problem with Linux version or shared libraries version?

Thumbs up

Thank you for your answer!
This installation media is for Linux and it works properly on RH AS 2.1. So I find nessesary files libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 and libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so on RH AS System and copy it to /usr/lib.
This time installation complete with no errors.
