Informix 7.x - JDBC driver - code set format error
Our application needs to connect to another application’s database set with a DB Locale of greek.iso88597.

When we connect using the Informix JDBC driver(for Informix 7.x), an error “Code set format not supported” is being thrown. We are making the connection from Websphere 5.1 server.

Appreciate any pointers.

The problem has been addressed in latest release of JDBC driver.
Try using JDBC2.21.JC6

Same may be downloaded from
http://www.ibm.com/software/dat/informix/tools/jdbc
