What's on the log after oninit -v failed?

Check the message log to see if there are any errors. Post the output.

I forgot to make a copy of the log.But I remember that there's no information after this:

Informix Dynamic Server Stopped.

Now we adjust a parameter,then the server instance restarted successfully:

onmonitor－Parameters－perFormance

Disable Priority Aging: Y --> N

Out server has only one CPU,Pentium III.
