I'm running IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 10.00.UC1 on AIX
5.3.0.0.
I'm trying to do a restore from an IDS 9.40.UC5, using "ontape -r".

I'm getting this error on online.log:

internal error (13) in passwdexpired()
listener-thread: err = -951: oserr = 0: errstr = informix: Incorrect
password or user informix is not known on the database server.

I'm running the restore as user informix and there's nothing wrong with
the password. It is not expired as I confirmed it login on to the
server.

Any hint? Where could be the problem? Could it be some information that
comes with the backup?

Please, look file $INFORMIXSQLHOSTS, if you has active some extra controls.
Look if you defined the field 5th. (s=.., r=...)
