Help: ERROR: no btree items exist for data row

Hi friend
I need help about the next problem: when I run the command:
"onchek -cI g_medicina:dba.sga_det_curs"
I obtain the message:
"ERROR: no btree items exist for data row"
Frag id 0x201b8e row id 0x60... and other data

What means that? What I have to do?

PD: when our aplication use the table sga_det_curs, the aplication return the nexts error:
INFORMIX -243
INFORMIX -271
INFORMIX -245

Hi,
Please save schema od table. Next drop all indexes for table, next run onchek -cD. If not error, then recreate all indexes.

We follow the steps... but we get the same error.
We drop and recreate the indexes, but we have the same error
What´s happend? What we need to do?
Any suggestion?
