I would like install Synergy window server 6.3.
I'm trying to run ccmsrv create
I'm getting error messages

"Would you like to create the database server? (Y/N) [Y] y

........................ERROR: Failed to start OnLine's services.

Building sysmaster and sysutils databases, please wait ...

ERROR: There is no sysmaster database available.
ERROR: shared memory not initialized for INFORMIXSERVER 'cmtest'
Clean up database server's files...."

OS 2000 server, SP4
server is not a domain controller, is a member server
I didn’t see any thing that could help me at system log, event viewer

What could be the problem?
Before I start to install CM 6.3, I was runing setupusr.exe
