good afternoon

we are having trouble at present trying to activate trusted auditing or informix 9.4.hc4,

when we try and run the onaudit -l 1 command to switch on auditing, we get the following error message

Cannot set audit configuration parameters.
Problem may be caused by lack of permission, bad
parameter values, or bad parameter combinations.

has anyone got any ideas

Hi,

Please check $INFORMIXDIR/etc/IDSfiles, for correct permissions.
