Hi all,

We have IDS 9.30 installed on windows 2000 advance server with multiple proprietory database. Very frequently, we have observed that windows Event Viewer becomes full with the following IDS information.

"Fuzzy checkpoint completed,duration was 0 seconds, xxx buffers not flused"

Where xxx is a variable number. This event is logged every 5 minutes which makes Event viewer flooded in a week time.

Is this normal or is it a kind of alarm indicating IDS configuration problem? Or is there any way to stop it from logging into Event viewer.

Hi,

Please before startup engine, define variable environment NOFUZZYCKPY=1.
Too review in CONCONFIG file the parameter MSGPATH=\any_file.log
