65535 Catastrophic failure

Hi,

we are using sqlsrv32.dll to access the informix database from a VB application using ADO. After the application runs for a week or so, we get an error saying "Catastrophic failure" with error number 65535.
Windows XP pro SP1 is the OS.

Have any of you faced this error. If any of you can give a link or some points on how to go about fixing this bug would be a great help.
