Fetching row count of an open cursor?

Is it possible to fetch the row count of a cursor that has been opened? I need to know how many records the cursor has fetched.

I've looked almost everywhere on the WWW & I'm unable to find anything.

Please help.

I suggest that test the SQLCA register, after fetch.
