Question SE User Question

I am using SE 7.25. I'm fairly new to Informix and I don't understand users and permissions for this brand of database. I'm used to being able to create database users and set permissions on each object for that user. Is this possible in SE? How would I go about creating a user account that only has read access to a specific view for instance? Right now, if I create a new Unix account (AIX4.3), that user has full access to the entire database.
