Is there any possibility for this ?

Informix going into a quiescent mode after it has been initialized or Will informix engine mode switch automatcially into Quiescent mode once itz Online.

A I see Informix engine is on-line in the time when you execute "onstat -m" This means that's in multiuser mode, please execute again "onstat -"
