hi is there any software or tools that can convert informix to other database format?

Hi i been searching around the internet..but it seens like converting informix to other kind of database is kind of hard
anyone can advise me?

because i would like to convert it into postgresql or mysql database

Hi,
I think that some modelings tool that support both informix and postgre(or mysql) should help in migration schema and data.
I heard that Sybase powerdesigner suports something like that.
But surely you will have to do a lot of work by hand(f.e. stored procedures), because
I think there is no software tool for entire migration proces (informix 2 postgre or mysql).
