The Source data is in Informix and the Target data is in DB2. The Source data is huge, I cannot import Source and Target data into either MS Access or similar databases because of the volume.I need to compare data on both databases for the conversion testing.

I tried the tool CDB studio, but it's not able to handle the huge data.

Could you please help me how to test this data.

There is an Informix product called Informix Gateway where you can query from different databases.
