Does anyone have any tricks or ideas? We will be using HPL and dbschema but wanted to make sure there isn't another way.

So as it turns out you can easliy use ontape to move from HP to Sun.

unfortunate this is not possible, because the internal bytecode from the hardware and operating system...
But ,if you want, can test trying restore a backup or just coping your chunks to another machine and trying up IDS....

You will be export/import to flat files with HPL or dbexport/dbimport, load/unload/dbload ....
