List table index and dbspace location
Does anyone has a sql that will list all the tables and index the tables has and the dbspace location of table/index

`dbschema -d DATABASENAME -ss > FILENAME`
this command lists all the tables and their indexes and dbspace information in your DATABASENAME (server info) and will write it to FILENAME. Type `dbschema --` to see help for this.
