Question is how to change onbar to ontape backup ?

There is no secret.. just run the ontape command...

ontape -a : backup all logical log automatically
ontape -c : backup logical log continuous

You can automatize you logical log backup with shells using the ALARMPROGRAM option on your ONCONFIG .
