We are running IDS 9.21UC5 on HP and when I do an
ontape -s -L 0, I get a 127 return code, does anyone know what this means?

Any help would be appreciated.

This is just a warning. Your backup has completed successfully. It seems that Informix wants you to setup your alarmprogram. Have you done that?

That was it. The alarmprogram was pointing to a script that did not exist.
