Droping Primary Key

Its possible to drop one primary key ?

I have

pk_item_cst cod_empresa
num_versao_cus
cod_moeda
cod_item
ies_mercado

I`ll like add cod_fornecedor in this pk. I need drop it and create again ? ou I can just add cod_fornecedor in this pk ?
