Version conflit with different commands

Hi all,

I am in need of emergency help,
version from
SELECT owner FROM systables WHERE TABNAME= ' VERSION';
owner 9.50C1

From
onstat -version
Program Name: onstat

Build Number: N202

Build OS: AIX 5.2

Which one is informix version?

9.50 equals 10.00
9.51 equals 11.10
9.52 equals 11.50
