RSS connecton status
In our RSS server we got RSS disconnection error with out any network outage. We have notice that some time the RSS server is recover and become online after some time duration and sometime not.

Can we know the time duration, which the primary server takes to check the RSS server for online status or RSS server to primary server for online? Is this time is configurable?
