Informis SDK client on HP-UX

Dears,

I installed Informix SDK client on HP-UX 11iv3, but when I try to start the configurator program oncmsm it reaches a point where it stops because of the following error message,

14:03:13 Using command line options
14:03:13 no SLA is defined, Connection Manager stopped

The document does not include clear instructions on how to bypass this error. Appreciate any possible help.
