What is the deal with SAP and IDS.
There is information saying SAP has pulled the plug on IDS and yet a 2008 post on IBM web site states IDS 11 is certerfied for SAP.

How can this be?

As far I know...
Informix 11 is certified for a old version of SAP.. something like version 5.xxx (I not sure about the version number, I don't know nothing about SAP).
But the last version of SAP, doesn't support Informix any more... have a big history behind this ... IBM Internals fight , DB2 x informix...
