Informix 9.4 on Sun OS 2.8.

Chunks are on a SAN.
Thsystem admins did "some" OS changes on the local disks. They said that they didn't touch the SAN. The date of the problematic chunk is "too newer" comparing with the others.

I've a bad primary chunk error msg, and all my user db are unable to open. Both system databases seem to run fine. One of the chunk is offline, according with a dbspaces cmd.

What can I do ? Is it possible trying to pass the problematic chunk online again and stop/start the database ?

onspaces -s dpacmch -p /database/dpacm_ch7 -o 64 -O brought the chunk back on-line and solved the issue
