Informix Connect 3.5 (32 bit) TC8 does not work in Win 2k3?

that driver works in my laptop (WinXP), but does not work in another machine (Win 2K3).

The Informix Client SDK 3.5 for WinXP, Vista (32 bit) TC3DE works for both OS, but there is bug which can not deal with decimal properly.

Can anybody tell me, which one should I use? Many thanks!
