IConnect
I am running Informix version 10. How can I tell if our former administrator installed IConnect?

You can install IConnect or CSDK, CSDK contains every IConnect function.

I'm not sure how to say that its definitely installed in IDS10, but you should find a "CSDK" directory in your INFORMIXDIR.

The standard installation contains CSDK.

I'm using 9.3 IDS but it's probably the same or something similar for IDS 10. If you're on a UNIX box you can login as user informix and key check_version csdk <cr> at the command prompt. check_version conn <cr> will return the I-Connect version.

If you're on a PC or Windows-based server you should see "Informix Client-SDK x.xx" when you click Start and All Programs.
