Could not insert new row into the table

Hi

I am using VB to insert the data into informix databse table, and giving the below error could you please help and suggestion for resolving the issue
-2147467259 [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Could not insert new row into the table. sqlerrm(bu_offer_item)
like this the error is in log

Hi,

is this the exact error message you get ? Don't you have other messages?
Can you specify a bit more ?
did you test successfully your ODBC connection first?
