The Informix help is very small:Unknown error message number '16118'

If possible Please elaborate this error in more detail.

Like when did you start getting this error, what were the steps which were taken befor this error occured. Message discription if possible etc.

Hi,

this is an error that occurs when the order of installation is wrong.
Check the file:
$INFORMIXDIR/etc/.snfile

You have to install SE first, than install the CSDK.
The only way to solve this problem is to reïnstall in the correct order.
