Ask for utilities

I need some utilities for resolve to re-build many reference table
,my system quite big (800 tables 250GB) and have many references like a spider web
so I neet the utilities for resolve their reference and group them and can generate SQL or guide DBA to run it parallel or run it complete in smallest time
